Résumé

This thesis is a reflection on the possibility of founding managerial practices from the anchoring of bricolage of experience. It is an answer from question about how collaborative innovation made if it come from bricolage of experience with digital? “If experience people can be considered like a learning factor, his contribution on management expertise knowledge building looks obvious less. Some critiques show a basic trend to reify management in a generic knowledge corpus which ignore singular practices. (Bonnet, 2019)” The management practices are soaked of Taylorism. With this thesis, we want to show that there are other practices which emerge. We want to show that bricolage of experience is also a practice we can find in the ordinary companies. What is bricolage of experience? In Bricolage of experience word, we have many senses. The first word is Bricolage. Bricolage comes from Lévi-Strauss study in 1962. According to his study, it is an opposition between handyman intuition practices and engineer systematic approach. The second sens come from the idea of do-it-yourself developed by Michel Lallement (2015) to define the making. So, we can define Bricolage like “something we can do without a pattern” (CNRTL, 2010). The second word is experience. We don’t find in English the exact word. But we can say that it comes from the study of Dewey (1934), to describe a pragmatism learning. And after, we have the marketing experience approach developed by Badot (1993). Even if, for our thesis, we don’t talk about client emotion. Here, we talk about a kind of workers empowerment which include emotion of these workers. So, experience can be defined like “something which learning by experience” (Larousse, 2019). So together, the Bricolage of experience means “appropriate something from experience of the other in collaborative process like experience community”. Finally, after our interview with professional workers, our hypothesis are not totally true. Because we find out that there are many other practices different from Bricolage of experience. The ordinary companies converge to hybridization oh their practices. There isn’t only practice, but many at the same time. Companies test many new practices.
